Award Winning Flavor Anchovy Finger
Hamsi Finger was developed in 2012 by Dilek Gediz and Gürkan Gediz. The story of Hamsi Finger started with TÜSİAD\'s \"This Youth Is a Job\" competition. Dilek and Gürkan, who see the competition on the internet and in the school promotions, apply for the competition. With the last 3 minutes to upload their business ideas, the young people who write and submit their business ideas, Hamsi Finger, will be among 15 finalists out of 130 groups. At the end of a 3-month business plan writing process with their coach, Aydın University Chairman of the Board of Trustees Mustafa Aydın and his team determined by TÜSİAD, although they could not receive an award from the competition, this competition was actually a pathway for Hamsi Finger. With the compliments they received from TÜSİAD, they decided to participate in the \"Enterprise Campus\" competition organized by Ege University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and İzmir Merit Association, as their belief in business ideas increased and they saw and corrected their deficiencies. On the final day of the competition, Hamsi Finger, who made his mark on the day with his presentations and tasting the product to the jury, is chosen the 2nd. During this competition, Hamsi Finger team, who met Hulusi Berik, an angel investor who owns Berik Enterprise, receives angel investment from Berik Enterprise as a result of negotiations. While continuing to compete in the \"Enterprise Campus\" contest, the idea begins to compete in the \"You Have an Idea\" contest broadcast on TV8. The idea of Hamsi Finger, which passes the preliminary selection, appears before the Turkish people and valuable jury members Alphan Manas, Ali Şen, Leyla Alaton, Gülden Yılmaz in the quarter finals. He gets full marks from the Turkish people and jury members and reaches the semi-finals. With the developments he showed in the semi-finals, Hamsi Finger is in the finals with the valuable votes of the jury. After the competition, Hamsi Finger team, which came in second in the final, after the competition, accelerated the work. Hamsi Finger, whose preparations were completed at the end of an intense tempo, officially started to operate in September 2013. The Hamsi Finger brand, which has reached 25 branches in 2 years, plans to reach 50 branches by the end of the year.
