Established in 1982, HAS Aluminyum A.Ş. It is a company that produces aluminum profiles with high quality and precise tolerances on the international platform with its 250 employees.

The biggest advantage of HAS Aluminyum to its customers is that it can get finished profiles starting from aluminum billets and mechanically and surface treated under the same roof. This allows economy in transportation costs and the prevention of damages that may occur in inter-company shipments during the subjection of profiles to various processes.

In order to meet the needs of our customers, HAS Aluminyum employees; They carry out the designs, machine settings and final fabrication of our extrusion molds using design programs. Production process in HAS Aluminyum; It is carried out with 2 extrusion presses of 1250 tons and 2,000 tons. Our production possibilities include profiles with 25 g / m and 15 kg / m weight, maximum 260 mm diameter and 15 m length. All of our presses are equipped with modern equipment to produce profiles with precise standards and excellent surface quality. In our production, 6.000 series billets are used, which are suitable for both anodizing and powder coating. Our annual profile production capacity reaches 12 tons.
In our anodizing facility, profiles from 5 mm to 6.500 mm in length; We can anodized coating from 5 micron to 25 micron thickness. In addition, we have internal anodized coating possibilities for hollow profiles.
Before anodizing, we can give our profiles a scratched pattern or bright surface appearance with grinding, satinating or polishing methods. In addition to natural, we color our profile surfaces in yellow tones, stainless steel color and various tones from light brown to black.
In order to obtain the best surface quality, HAS Aluminyurn takes every precaution. We comply with Qualanod requirements with our modern facilities, quality control department and laboratories.
Our electrostatic powder coating facility has its own \"clean room\" in order to minimize the risk of contamination on the surfaces. Thanks to two painting units, color changes can be done in the shortest time.
In our electrostatic powder coating department, besides 7.600 mm long profiles, we can also paint small parts of 5 mm in all RAL colors at competitive prices. Our electrostatic powder coating annual capacity is 4,200 tons. In the mechanical processing department of our company;
With Elumatec SBZ-122 and SBZ-150 model 5-axis machining centers, we can process profiles up to 12,500 mm in length.
