The career of our beloved parents Neziha and Mehmet Özer started with dairy farming in the 1950s. We have been a ayran + yogurt producer for the last 45 years.
Our difference from other manufacturers; We are the only industrial enterprise that is known only to family members, and is able to fabricate the original form of traditional mother yogurt and mother\'s buttermilk. In addition, we produce ayran from yoghurt, not from starter culture, but with black yeast method. In short, we make a production as it should be. None of our products contain starter culture, yeast or preservatives. We produce a 6-day fermented ayran without any additives and preservatives with healthy bacteria from nature. In this way, we distribute healing, not buttermilk.
We are operating in Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone in a closed area of 5,000 square meters on an open area of 12,000 square meters.
