   Founded in 1992, Hubei YuHuangJian Tea Industry Co., Ltd. (Jade Emperor Sword Co., Ltd.) is located in Wushan Town of Gucheng County between the Taoist holy land Wudang Mountain and Shennongjia primeval forest. Wushan Town is the home of famous tea in China, also the National AAA Scenic Area. This place is known for green peaks, clear water and green mountains as well as coiling mists and clouds. With the weathered stones all over the mountains, it is the natural treasure land for famous and quality tea production.

The company headquarters covers an area of 50 mu, with building area of 18,600 square meters, and a total of four main buildings. One building is the cleaning processing workshop for organic tea, including two standardized production lines of black tea and green tea; one building is packing workshop, functioning for sorting, inspection, packaging, warehouse; one building is a comprehensive building, integrating comprehensive services of scientific research, office, tea-tasting, and sales exhibition; and the fourth is a comprehensive tourism resort villa designed in the antique style in courtyard structure, integrating summer resort, tourism, tea cultural experience, characteristic catering, accommodation, conference, entertainment, fitness and leisure in one. The total fixed asset is up to 158 million yuan at present.

The company pursues the "agricultural, industrial and commercial integration" of "company + tea plantation + tea farmer" and “production, supply and marketing” one-stop industrialization strategy. It has always been adhering to the concept of ecological development of tea production in organic way by taking the ultimate goal of "benefiting tea farmers, producing tea for people and achieving time-honored brand”, and by reasonably and scientifically developing the advantages of tea land. The company integrates tea plantation, tea production, tea management and tea marketing in one and has also developed tea ecological tourism focusing on native tea culture.
