Hasan Yavuz, who started beekeeping in 1977 with the aim of hobby beekeeping, started commercial beekeeping in 1980, and by following the changes in technical beekeeping by putting on more and more every year, he produced various projects and expanded his production volume and made a significant progress in the name of branding and institutionalization with the YAVUZBAL brand.
In 2004, separate Food Production permit certificates were obtained for each product offered for sale and became the first production permitted and registered brand of Antalya. We are meticulously treated in every process from the production stage to the end product packaged, and quality, reliable and standard products are obtained. The stage is controlled by İbrahim YAVUZ, Food Engineer, Senior Food Engineer, Lecturer at Akdeniz University Organic Agriculture Department. After the necessary analyzes are made in accredited laboratories in order to determine the purity and quality of the product, it is examined by İbrahim YavUZ and packaged as the final product as a result of its suitability.
In this way, the whole process from the hive to the table is controlled. Yavuzbal has continued to work in the light of experiences and scientific studies passed down from generation to generation. Our propolis, royal jelly and apitherapy R&D studies, which started within the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in 2011, continue with TUBITAK projects. We continue our scientific studies in the field of apitherapy in our R&D office within the Akdeniz University Antalya Technopolis. We will continue to offer our customers reliable, high quality and most natural products, as we have done until today.
