About
Pismaniye was found and manufactured for the first time by a confectioner in Kocaeli\'s Kandira district. The continuation of the production was carried out by an Armenian named Haci Agop, one of the craftsmen of Kandira. In 1919, Ibrahim Çinar from Izmit learned the production of pismaniye and continued it in Izmit. As the years progressed, the production of pismaniye in Izmit progressed rapidly and Lütfü Canigenis, who worked as a master at Patir Sekerleme at that time, established Ipek Pismaniye in 1954 and laid the foundations of today. After this year, Ipek Pismaniye, who has always broken grounds in the production of pismaniye, has trained many masters since her establishment. It always acts knowing the responsibility of being the first in our organization.
Since its establishment, Ipek Pismaniye has undertaken to work in high quality, clean and hygienic conditions.
Always innovating in its field, İpek launched its first chocolate covered small pismaniye balls \'Candy\' in 1993, followed by Tropik Bomb\'s and Chocolate Palace Halvah products. Ipek is today the strongest and largest producer of pismania with a closed area of 1200 m2. A large number of experienced personnel work in our company who share our understanding of quality. This number continues to increase day by day. Our name, which we have made a world brand, also has a trademark registration.
