ASIL BCF, which produces Polypropylene (PP) yarn in every thickness and color, was established in 2013 as the investment of Asil Group, which has been operating since 1967, in the textile sector.
Asil Group aims to be permanent by creating added value in the sector thanks to the PP yarn production line investment realized in parallel with Gaziantep becoming the carpet production center of the world.
ASIL BCF serving different sectors where PP yarn is used; It produces PP yarn used in the production of woven and tufted carpet types, wall-to-wall carpets, piece carpets, car rust, bathroom sets and upholstery fabrics.
Within the framework of the policy of close cooperation with its employees, suppliers and customers, significant progress has been achieved in production, service, customer satisfaction, branding and export. Within the framework of our new investments, our production capacity in the following yarn types has increased to 300 tons per month:
- PP BCF Yarn (Single Color and 3 Color)
- PP BCF Twisted Yarn
- PP Fixed Yarn (Single Layer and Double Layer)
- PP Frize Yarn (Single Layer and Double Layer)
