* Red Meat: Processed products such as roasting-sausage-sausage-salami bacon-doner are produced from our meats, which are processed personally and enter our warehouse, under the control of our veterinarians. Especially the oils of animal origin used in the production phase of the product and the intestines filled with sausage, spices and mixtures are supplied and offered for sale with the same sensitivity.


* White Meat: We pay particular attention to slaughtering white meat (chicken-turkey) with the zebh system, that is, cutting off the esophagus and esophagus completely and cutting at least one of its veins.
