About
ITOB Organized Industrial Zone is established on an area of 2500 decares in Izmir - Menderes -Tekeli Town. The region is located 32 km from Izmir Center and 18 km from Adnan Menderes Airport.
All electricity, water, wastewater, natural gas, road, security, fuel station and telephone infrastructures of the region were completed in 2006. All technical needs of the region are provided by the regional administration with its own resources. Seminar and conference halls and restaurants serving all regional industrialists are ready to serve.
Investors whose projects are ready are given permission to start construction on the day they apply for a license to the regional administration, and their license procedures are completed in the fastest time. There are 372 parcels in the zone and all parcels except the last 23 parcels put up for sale in February 2010 are allocated. Production, construction and project work continues in these parcels.
Cumaovası - Aliağa railway line passes through the region, with the completion of the project of upgrading the line to the metro standard, the transportation and shuttle service will be much faster and of higher quality.
