Izocam glass wool products are produced with Isover Saint-Gobain license and rock wool products are produced with Isover Saint-Gobain G + H license.
Izocam started the production of expanded (expanded) polystyrene (EPS) with its facility established in Gebze in 1982. Izocam, which is an important player in the market with a total production capacity of 6,000 tons / year; In 2012, it moved its facility to its campus in Gebze Chemicals Organized Industrial Zone (GEBKIM), which is built on a total of 20 decares of closed and 86 decares of open space, in order to create synergy by collecting the production of plastics.
Rolled (extruded) polystyrene (XPS) production; Izocam, which started in 1995 at Gebze facilities under the brand name Foamboard and with a capacity of 90,000 m³ per year, is producing under Owens Corning license. Today, it is by far the Market Leader with an installed capacity of 720,000 m3 / year in Gebkim Facilities and 160,000 m3 / year in Tarsus Facilities.
Izocamflex branded Elastomeric Rubber Foam products, which started to be produced in Eskişehir Plant with a capacity of 500 tons / year in April 2000, are produced under the license of Armacell GmbH. The current capacity of the plant is 3,500 tons / year. The annual capacity of the polyethylene foam, which started to be produced at the Eskişehir Facility under the İzocam PEflex brand since the beginning of 2006, is 700 tons / year.
In Tekiz Facilities, which was established within the Koç Group in 1966 and became part of İzocam in 2005; Under the brand of Izocam Tekiz, Rock Wool and Polyurethane Roof-Wall Panels, Trapeze and Cold Storage Panel products are produced in accordance with customer needs. The facility has an annual production capacity of 4.000.000 m² panels and 3.000.0000 m² trapezoidal thanks to its new and modern line which was moved to Gebkim in 2013 and purchased from the biggest company in Europe. Izocam, also operating in the waterproofing market, offers Izoplan branded PVC and TPO membranes in accordance with the trends in the world with the Patented Combi Panels produced in Tekiz Facilities for on-site application projects as a commercial product.
Izocam, which exports a significant portion of its products manufactured with high technology at international standards and provides important foreign currency inflow to our country, exports to Israel, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Russia, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan.
