About
Our company was established in 1980 in Ankara. Our company, which initially only produced shafts for agricultural equipment, started to manufacture tractors and automotive parts in the following years. In 1992, it became a manufacturer of Walterscheid products with the license of GKN Walterscheid GmbH, one of the world\'s largest shaft manufacturers. GKN Walterscheid GmbH Our company is the sole representative of the company in Turkey and the Turkic Republics.
Established in Büyük Sanayi, our company moved to its facility with a closed area of 1600 m2 in Ostim Organized Industrial Zone in 1998 by improving its production capacity and machine park. Our company serves as a sub-industry to tractor and automotive companies. On 03.04.2015, Kaleli Şaft ve Metal San. Tic. Ltd. Şti, its kind has changed.

As KALELİ ŞAFT, our aim is to act preventively against the environment by using existing and valid information in determining, eliminating or minimizing the environmental impacts of our activities. In this direction;
To comply with the requirements of the environmental legislation in force that we are obliged regarding the environment in the region we operate,
To prevent environmental pollution and continuously improve environmental performance by following technological developments,
To reduce or recycle waste at source as much as possible,
Considering the environmental impact while planning new processes and keeping it under control,
Contributing to continuous improvement by creating environmental goals and objectives,
We are committed to increasing environmental awareness by providing environmental training to all our employees.

Our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy
As KALELİ ŞAFT, our aim is to adopt and implement a management approach that attaches importance to occupational health and safety. In order to provide a safe and healthy work environment, everyone is obliged to do whatever is necessary within their jurisdiction. One of our most important goals is to protect all our employees and the environment we are in against the potential risks of our business. In this direction;
To provide an ergonomic, healthy and safe work environment by reducing OHS risks in order to prevent unsafe situations and movements that may cause injuries and occupational diseases of our employees,
To create an Occupational Health and Safety Management System within our body and to continuously improve the performance of this system,
To meet the relevant legal requirements and the conditions determined by the relevant parties to perform our production and other activities,
Studies to improve occupational health and safety awareness (trainings, exercises, etc.) and to ensure a good occupational health and safety awareness by repeating these studies periodically,
By continuously improving our occupational health and safety culture, it is committed to reaching the sustainable, \"Zero Work Accident\" target.
