As a family company, KANCA started to manufacture hand tools with a staff of 20 people in the 60\'s. It did not take long for our company to gain a solid place in the market with its high quality understanding and to deliver its product range to more than 100 types.
Moving to Güneşli facilities with an area of 15.000 m2 in 1974, KANCA started to produce forged parts for the automotive industry as well as hand tools with modernized forging lines.
With the increasing confidence of the automotive industry in KANCA, the machine park was modernized in the 1980s and its capacity was increased, and main industrial companies such as Tofaş, Mercedes, Iveco, Ford and Renault were added to their customer portfolio.
KANCA has served dozens of new customers as a reliable and sought-after supplier in the defense and construction sector, along with passenger cars, commercial vehicles and agricultural vehicles in automotive in the 90\'s. With the cold forging production it started in 1997, it started to produce a wider range of solutions in metal forming.
The design and production, heat treatment, processing, coating and assembly processes of both parts and molds under the same roof made KANCA the preferred supplier of priority. Today, many world brands such as VW Group, Toyota, TRW, Delphi, Bosch, ZF, Scania rely on Hook quality in their safety parts.
Completed in 2004, it moved to its new facilities located in TOSB (TAYSAD Org.San.Bölg.) With a total area of 55,000 m2, of which 25,000 m2 is closed. With this investment, its annual capacity exceeded 20,000 tons and increasing customer demands were met. By making an investment of this magnitude, KANCA once again demonstrated its intention to work in a customer-oriented manner.
Continuously raising its quality level in line with customer demands, KANCA has DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO TS 16949: 2002, ISO 14001 environmental certificates. With this confidence from its quality, it exports 50% of its production, mainly to European countries.

KANCA A.Ş designs and manufactures various forged parts in order to meet the demands of automotive main industry companies and hand tools sector.
KANCA A.Ş. has adopted the following environmental policies within the scope of these activities.
▪ To determine environmental goals and targets periodically by taking environmental risks and opportunities into consideration, and to improve continuously by realizing and reviewing the targets.
▪ To create an Environmental Management System in order to minimize our environmental impacts and to ensure compliance with legal and other requirements that we are obliged to comply with.
▪ To ensure that respect for the environment is adopted by our employees, contractors and suppliers as a life philosophy.
▪ In order to raise environmental awareness, KANCA A.Ş. To provide continuous training and inspections to our employees, contractors and suppliers.
▪ Using energy and natural resources efficiently and preventing their waste.
▪ To reduce the amount of waste by supporting recovery and re-evaluation studies.
▪ To prevent environmental pollution by using new technologies or suitable for our production process.

The goal is to produce the right part the first time.
For this, we use all kinds of methods from pre-production to SPC results before FMEA, from simulation to error catalogs. We continue to serve our customers such as Ford, Renault, VW, ZF, Bosch, Delphi in line with the goal of zero error, thanks to the measurement, mechanical and crack controls after the production process, which is regularly monitored and continuously improved.
These works have also been registered with ISO / TS 16969, ISO 9001 certificates. In addition, since we are obliged to show the quality not only in products but also with our respect to the environment, we have concretized our work in this field by obtaining the ISO 14001 certificate.
