Kar Pishmaniye was founded in 1995 by Yaşar Üçcan. Kars is making traditional Turkish desserts in accordance with the taste of our people with great care. Kar Pishmaniye, which owes the success of this fine delicate art branch to its clean and high quality materials and years of experience, has been continuing its production in Izmit without compromising quality. It manufactures and markets the products that it has prepared for export to Europe and Arab countries, CIS countries, Russia and America.
