What is Technopark?
Technoparks are generally established within the framework of University-Industry cooperation, in order to strengthen these industrial branches in areas where technology-intensive industrial branches are located, to support their innovative work, to increase their efficiency with education and more effective working conditions, and to increase their international competitiveness. In this context, Technoparks have to be Technology Production Centers where new technology generating units are established or existing units are developed, the results of scientific studies in Universities and Research Institutions are put into practice, and where University-Industry Cooperation is effectively and rapidly transformed into products.
