KUMPAS DOVME OTOMOTIV MAKINA SAN. TIC. LTD. STI is a manufacturer of axle parts for trucks and trailers, parts for agricultural equipment and machinery, mining sector and construction machinery sectors. It was established in 2005 as a hot forging facility in Konya/TURKEY. Nowadays our company has 5,000 m2 indoor and 5.000 m2 outdoor area. The production capacity is more over 650 tons per month with a staff of 50, which includes 4 engineers and 6 production teams. For the last years we have been producing fifth wheel couplings under our own brand MAXIFORGE. We can forge up a part from 0.1 kg to 30 kg according to standards. Over the years, our company has proved quality of produced goods by TSE-ISO-9001: 2015; ISO-14001: 2015; OHSAS 18001: 2007 certificates. One of the main parts in our product range as King Pin is also certificated according Technical Regulations of European Union ECE-R55 with E11. Our facility has 70 kj, 40 kj and 20 kj forging hammers, as well as 1,300 tons, 1,000 tons and 200 ton friction presses and 6 induction ovens from 100 kw up to 500 kw.
