MAP is one of the world\'s leading clutch manufacturer, as original spare parts manufacturers serving the automotive sector in Turkey was founded in Istanbul in 1970. In the industrial development process of Turkey, it was the first domestic manufacturer of automotive parts with many complete sets of brakes and clutch. Over time, focusing on clutch production, its two main brands; Started to operate in clutch press, disc, flywheel and bearing design, production and distribution for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with MAPA and KraftTech.

R&D
With an engineering base focused on new product development and an R&D center equipped with measuring and testing machines in only a few clutch manufacturers in the world, MAPA is able to respond quickly to the changing dynamics of the automotive industry and to the customer\'s special demands.
PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
MAPA has developed its own technology with the design, test and production units in its facilities equipped with the latest technology. It uses high-tech processes in mold households and benches, presses, CNC machines, robots, heat treatment and automatic production lines integrated into the system.
PROCESS OPTIMIZATION
With its advanced SAP ERP system and flexible automatic production lines, it meets customer needs with maximum stock efficiency. Thanks to the computerized tracking system at every point of production, Overall Equipment Effectiveness and productivity are measured instantly.
PERFORMANCE ASSURANCE
In the assembly production lines developed by MAPA in-house, there are automatic test machines of its own design and production that enable 100% quality control of all products. All production and test steps are followed by coding traceability data for each product produced.
QUALITY SYSTEMS
MAPA is the first domestic clutch manufacturer to comply with ISO 9001 standards approved and followed by SGS. However, it has ISO / TS 16949 certificate. With more than 40 years of procurement experience, it works with suppliers that are the best in their class, thus the quality assurance process begins at the raw material level.
