About
Since 1978, Makersan has been serving 105 automotive industry with 41 white collar (Management and Engineering) personnel. Our factory is located in close proximity to many international ferries and airports with 10,000 m2 of covered area, one of Turkey\'s largest industrial zone is located on a land of 50,000 square meters, it gives us many advantages in terms of accessibility and transportation.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Makersan mainly invests in engineering processes of mechanical and electronic components and devices. We thank our experienced, solution-oriented and enthusiastic engineering staff with our state-of-the-art CAD, CAM and CAE software. Makersan Research and Development Department meets and passes all customer requirements. We are known for our innovative working approach and Makersan is one of the Turkish manufacturers with the most patents in its field. awards we have won in Turkey, our company proves that the most patent applications in the automotive industry in 2007.
OUR CAPABILITIES
Makersan can perform many complex mechanical and electronic production processes with advanced pressing, joining, tooling, assembly, SMD assembly and soldering lines equipped with advanced industrial machines. By taking full advantage of our state-of-the-art CAD, CAM, CAE equipment, welding and molding robots and test apparatus, we guarantee our customers on time delivery. We are also proud of being able to design and manufacture all kinds of molds and tools with the help of our automatic molding unit.
