Who is Maripak?
Maripak was founded in 1989. It operates in the production of packaging machinery at its Istanbul Dudullu facilities. It is one of the most important manufacturers in the world market in terms of capacity and width of product range in the field of shrink packaging machines.
It has always played a pioneering role in the application of advanced industrial solutions on machines that can pack products in the form of Polyethylene and Polyolefin Shrink and bag.
In addition to the production of shrink systems (with thick polyethylene for parcel purposes), Maripak is constantly realizing projects for industry leaders in its integration into production lines and projecting according to facilities. It has successfully integrated other services such as pre-grouping, sorting, orientation, insertion and post-packaging sequencing, rerouting, labeling and coding before packaging. It has an infrastructure that can take responsibility with its knowledge, equipment and staff.
In the packaging system, which we can easily define as \"thin shrink\", it has included all versions of the fastest and automatic systems used in the world in \"L-Cut\" and \"Continuous-cutting\" style packaging systems. In addition, it offers \"manual and semi-automatic\" machines needed by small businesses to the market with mass production style.
Maripak is a company that can produce complete solutions for shrink and shrink related automation, and is aware of its after-sales responsibilities and can provide service at corporate level. 80% of its market is composed of foreign customer groups. It has a market share in developed countries, especially in the industry. It has developed itself and established permanent distributorships in the challenging points developed in the sector such as Germany, America, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, England and Italy market. Who are we and how do we produce?
Our production center consists of 7 main units: R&D, CNC sheet processing center, CNC part processing center, assembly, electricity, quality control and after-sales services units.
Production is carried out meticulously within the ISO 9001 discipline. In the production that starts with 3-dimensional design and uses automation at every stage, the parts produced without losing reference in any interface are transferred from the virtual environment to CNC work centers. Thanks to this transfer and integration, all kinds of coordinate and reference losses are eliminated, thus achieving maximum harmony both between units and in the final product. This system is supported by a highly developed special software network, and when necessary, retrospective information can be accessed quickly.
We are a young and dynamic staff with a production staff of approximately 45 people, almost all of which provide technical development within its own structure.
Our understanding of quality:
Our quality department is managed in 3 stages. It is carried out in three stages: \"Input Quality\" starting from the raw material, \"Quality Assurance\" carried out during the production stage and \"Final quality\" where the last control is made. Our systematic management approach carried out within the framework of ISO 9001-2000 quality standard offers product and service quality in \"Developed Countries Standard\" to our customers\' expectations. The machines produced are marked with the CE mark, and compliance with the required directives is documented to our customers.
