MCPT Company Limited was established in 2009, Our main goal is the production and export of wood products using wood sawdust and shavings of waste products of forestry, sawmilling manufacturers and wastes of whole Mongolian forests, which approximately have volume 64.2 million m3. Our main products are bbq pillow shaped and sawdust briquette charcoal. The Sawdust charcoal is main raw material for production Barbecue Charcoal briquette (pillow shaped) and for its manufacturing used Japan traditional flatbed kiln, which modified in extreme weather of Mongolia. Also using Softwood and Hardwood charcoals we produce Barbecue Charcoal briquette with fixed carbon concentration and higher caloric value. Additional raw materials: anthracite, potato starch (binder), lime. Manufacturing: After mixing in advance crushed sawdust charcoal, anthracite and lime with jelly-like potato starch, we make pillow shaped briquette using rolling press equipment. After rolling process it is dried in Tunnel Dryer in 160-220 centigrade degree by hot air. Only after cooling them begins retail packaging. Product: Our product Barbecue Charcoal briquette is same as Brand products "Kingsford original" of USA, is odorless, smokeless and harmless specifications and burn continuously more than 4 hours. We have stable production capacity to export 500 ton of pillow shaped barbecue charcoal briquette every month.
