Established in Tuzla Shipyards Area in 2005, MEG aims to deliver all its projects in the desired quality and on time with its total 2.000m2 open and closed area, computer-aided design capability, versatile machine park and past engineering experience in this field.
In special purpose ships, yachts, military ships and defense industry projects, it designs systems or equipment with its own expert personnel. In line with customer requests, designs enter the production process after being approved by independent institutions such as Türk Loydu, Loyd Register, ABS, DNV.
It carries out all aluminum, steel and stainless steel metal constructions with its own machines by using MIG / MAG, TIG, electric arc welding, plasma methods.
It also carries out machining with its own universal and CNC machines.
The thin sheet / aluminum workshop, on the other hand, achieves precise production capability thanks to automatic cutting, milling, CNC bending and cutting.
It has approved welding procedures (WPS) and welder certificates (WPQR) received from institutions such as MEG, Türk Loydu, Loyd Register, American Bureau of Shipping, GSI-SLV TR and still continues its ISO 9001 quality certification work.
