Melike Group started its activities in Gaziantep organized industrial zone in 2000 and increased its activities successfully until today.
Our company, which started its activities with chenille yarn production, continues its capacity increase activities with its product range by including Cotton, Acrylic, Chenille and Polyester yarn types in its production range according to the market needs and demands. We have the production of acrylic, viscose, polyester spun yarns, which are called ring yarns and are used as raw materials in chenille yarn production. The fiber of our acrylic yarn is supplied to us by the German company dralon.
Deciding to make new investments in 2011, Melike Tekstil first established an acrylic carpet yarn facility and started production. As in the production chenille, acrylic carpet yarn üretiminide in a very short time scorer successes our company today has managed to print the name of the biggest carpet yarn manufacturers in Turkey.
After the successes in acrylic carpet yarn, the polypropylene yarn facility, known as polyp yarn, became operational in the last quarter of 2012 and continues to increase its activities by making new investments continuously. For this purpose, the best known polypropylene spinning machines in the world are purchased and the production continues steadily.
