Metal rapid prototype

Founded in 2005, Metal Rapid Prototype Co., Ltd. was a training institution upon industrial design and numerical control engineering at the very beginning. In order to offer students more practice opportunities, we purchased a batch of CNC machines and began to accept orders from clients. When first watching a prototype, we found it really amazing. Designers’ creativity and numerical control technology perfectly converted ideas and designs into real products in front of you rapidly, just as people’s dreams were realized, which motivated us to develop prototype and make mass production with full confidence. Besides, we continued to involve other mechanical processing technologies and a variety of surface treatment processes. Since then, we have been serving a number of designers, engineers and R&D teams. Hence, we are able to easily understand designers’ and engineers’ requirements upon new products development and bulk production and are well aware of how to make quality products with excellent technology at a reasonable price within confirmed delivery time. To create high quality products with higher value is Metal Rapid Prototype’s responsibility and goal and we have obtained a good reputation in the domestic market. We believe such nice products and service will gain ground abroad and we strongly believe Chinese intelligent manufacturing will be loved by the world.

1. Chinese enterprises in the past are labor intensive and now being dominated by the industrial revolution, which is called industry 4.0, making the production more intelligent and more  informationized. In this case, people have more time to develop scientific and technological creativity further and have more time to enjoy life. Metal Prototype is one of the enterprises in this revolution and always sparing no effort to be better.

2. We deeply recognized that resources on the planet of earth are quite limited, recycling limitlessly. Therefore, we completely carry out 6S management, and more emphasis is given to environmental protection than ever.  It is our goal and ideal to make high quality products, put an end to inferior ones, cherish and contribute to every resource on the earth to keep it beautiful and clean.
