MGS Merkez Galvaniz, which started to do hot dip galvanizing in a 900 m2 factory area in 2004, has a capacity of 14.000 tons / year with its 6200 x 1500 x 1000 mm galvanizing furnace. In our laboratory in the company, coating thickness control in accordance with TSE 1461 and ASTM 123A is carried out and thus we provide the best quality and most suitable service to our customers.
In the hot dip bolt galvanizing furnace, which was put into service in 2007, with a capacity of 6,000 tons / year, small parts such as bolts, nuts, washers, anchors and fasteners are coated and then cleaned by centrifuge.
In 2008, the production of energy transmission line poles, base station towers, lighting, advertising and flag poles started. Highway barrier manufacturing was commissioned in 2010.
In addition, in addition to our existing capacity until the end of 2011, in Ankara Sarayköy, with a closed area of 12.000 m2 on an area of 22.000 m2 and our new galvanizing furnace with dimensions of 10.000 x 1.800 x 1.500 mm, our existing customers and all our domestic and foreign manufacturers with attentive, timely delivery and We aim to serve with the highest quality.
