   Nanchang Phoenix Yarn Industry Co., Ltd., established in February 2003, is a company integrated with acquisition, processing, weaving, bleaching, dyeing, clothing and sale as one, with the registered capital of RMB 12 million, total assets of RMB 168 million, 568 employees and 100,000 ring-spindle production lines. Located in the Development Park, Phoenix Mountain, Anyi County, its factory covers an area of 140 mu and main production varieties are: 32s, 40s, 60s, 80s and 120s combing and carded cotton yarn, and slub yarn of various specifications, with an annual output of 12,000 t. The Company has selected national advanced production equipment for setting and mass production, and introduced the latest foreign first-class matching spinning equipment, with fixed equipment of 908 sets in total. The production workshops and ancillary facilities in the herein are complete, with sound workshop infrastructure, large space, bright light, and complete air conditioning and dust removing facilities. The living conditions of staff are pretty good, with clean and tidy dormitories. Moreover, the employees have colorful amateur culture and recreational activities as the Company is equipped with TV room, dance hall, basketball court, etc., and even with luxury shuttle bus for commuting. Besides, the Company has a large cotton processing factory in Changji, Xinjiang (Changji Haitian Cotton Processing Co., Ltd.) and most of the raw materials used in production are high-quality cotton. The cotton yarn produced, after being weaved into grey fabric by subordinate joint venture (Jiangxi Dongyang Industrial Co., Ltd.), will be transported to the affiliated unit (Jiangxi Dongxing Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd.) for bleaching and processing, and then sent to the affiliated unit (Jiangxi Antai Industrial Co., Ltd.) for clothed production. In addition, the Company has business transaction with garment manufacturers of many domestic well-known brands (e.g. Youngor, Septwolves and Saint Angelo).
