In 2004 Nilufer Frozen Food was established in one of Bursa´s villages, where the name of the company is coming from, as an incorporation to meet the demand on frozen goods.
The founder of the company is Mustafa Kose. He has been in the industry for over 41 years. In 1975 he started to work at Mey-buz A.S. in Kayseri.For the first time in Turkey he started to export frozen products from an IQF equipped factory.
