ÖZMAKSAN exports directly and indirectly to all neighboring countries, especially to the Middle East. Our annual production capacity is 1500 tons and we export 30% of our production to foreign markets. All the Middle East, especially Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Iran, Libya, Lebanon, Jordan, UAE, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Moldova, South Africa, Ivory Coast, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, TRNC, Greece, we work with neighboring countries.
Domestic; with all of Turkey, especially in Southeast and East Anatolia, our products have production facilities in demand from Van to Edirne and used.
All projects and calculations of ÖZMAKSAN Pressure Equipment are made by our team of High Mechanical Engineers in accordance with the standards accepted in the world, and all processes applied in production are audited by our quality team. All stages from raw material entry to marking, cutting, bending, welding assembly, insulation and painting stages are meticulously controlled and recorded in accordance with all standards.
ÖZMAKSAN was certified for natural gas conversion, construction and service in industrial facilities when Energy Market Supervision (EMRA) was established. In addition, it also provides services for the Assembly and Commissioning of Industrial Systems.
As a result of the efficiency and safety tests carried out in Szutest Czech Republic laboratories, Özmaksan products have been on the market since 2007 with the CE mark.
All welders are certified by LOYD. Our source methods (wps-pqr) are approved by Loyd. As a result of the studies carried out with TUV-SUD since 2003, the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management system are seriously implemented in our company.
Pressure and Safety Tests of our high pressure boilers are carried out under the supervision of TUV-SUD officials, and their efficiency rates are documented by various institutions by complying with all necessary conditions to minimize fuel consumption.
ÖZMAKSAN Our company, which closely follows all technological developments in its subject, attaches importance to research, development and innovation activities; It was supported by TUBITAK with the R&D project it developed for the transformation of bio wastes into energy. It also produces boilers and cogeneration systems that are developed as an alternative to exhausted energy sources with patented and environmentally friendly products and are used for the incineration of solid wastes with various characteristics.
Our company has increased its indoor production area to 9.000 m2 with an expansion of 15% as of 2014-2015 in order to meet the increasing demands with its developing technology.
