About
Prosthesis Hospital Information Management System has been prepared by the Prosthesis Software Team in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health and the Social Security Institution in order to meet all the needs by recording all the data regarding the health services provided in the hospitals in a complete and accessible manner when necessary. The software has been prepared in a modular structure to cover all types of hospitals from the smallest health unit, to polyclinics, to the largest hospital.
Prosthesis is designed to allow the use of the information generated in any of the administrative, health and other management units of the hospitals instantly by other units. Thus, a regular, reliable and fast information flow is provided between various management units. A laboratory request from outpatient clinics or services or referrals to other polyclinics are instantly monitored on the computer, examination / analysis fee payment is checked, and the results of the analysis are directly transferred to the requesting unit.
The prosthesis reduces all bureaucratic procedures performed during and after the patient\'s admission or transfer to the relevant clinic or service, and minimizes the number of documents such as receipt, prescription, referral paper, receipt, report etc.
Prosthetics, Hospital Information Management System software provides a more effective service to the hospital management by controlling the input, circulation and output of hospital resources such as manpower, money, materials and services, and on the other hand, a higher level of service is provided to patients by the implementation of health services modules. In addition to these, it contributes to the cash flow of the hospital by effectively monitoring the collection of hospital receivables by arranging the invoices for the patients coming from or sent to SSI and University Hospitals and similar institutions on time and agreeing with the institutions.
Prosthesis, Hospital Information Management System provides a standard within the hospital by using the TR Ministry of Health and World Health Organization disease codes in the software. International barcode readers approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health are used in pharmacies and laboratories. In cases where barcode is not used, it is also possible to enter from the keyboard.
