About
National Qualification System and VOC-Test Center Establishment of Railway Transport Sector Project, funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey and conducted by the Vocational Qualifications Authority, \"Strengthening Vocational Qualifications Authority and National Qualifications System in Turkey Project (UYEP)\" VOC-Test Centers are included in the Grant Program. The project is carried out by the project owner, TCDD Development and TCDD Personnel Assistance and Solidarity Foundation (TCDD Foundation) with the participation and contributions of TCDD.
RAYTEST Limited Company was established on March 2, 2012 within the scope of the \"National Qualification System and VOC-TEST Center Establishment Project in the Railway Transport Sector\" carried out by TCDD Development and TCDD Staff Solidarity and Assistance Foundation. RAYTEST, whose founding partners are TCDD Development and TCDD Staff Solidarity and Solidarity Foundation (TCDD Foundation), Rail Transport Systems and Industrialists Association (RAYDER) and Railway Transport Association (DTD), certification, training, test-laboratory, R&D and was established to provide consultancy services. With the change in the company structure on 20.10.2014, RAYDER left its partnership, and Ankara Demirspor Club replaced it.
According to the Vocational Qualification, Examination and Certification Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 30.12.2008 and numbered 27096, the elements that define NIs are created in a format and content to meet the certification programs created in accordance with the TS EN ISO / IEC 17024 standard. Accordingly, the authorized certification body must be accredited within the framework of the system established in accordance with the requirements of TS EN ISO / IEC 17024 standard in the relevant qualifications by the accreditation bodies that have signed multilateral recognition agreements within the European Accreditation Association.
