Safaş started its activities in Topkapı to produce Polystyrene Foam (EPS) in 1966. After its establishment, it started sponge production in 1967, and continued to produce foams in Pendik facilities between 1970-1989.
Safaş, in its modern facilities established in Gebze in 1990 and completely renovated in 1997, is still the largest sponge producer in the Marmara region. Which was commissioned in 2009 in Ankara, Turkey\'s most modern and large capacity Safas sponge plant, considering the ever-growing market demand, from a regional manufacturer in the Sea of Marmara, has become a national sponge CONTRACTOR position.
Presently Turkey in the furniture, bedding, automotive, insulation, textile, cleaning and the medical industry, serving Siwak, high technology, 45 years of market experience, service quality and service is the market leader with Polyurethane Foam sector.
