SANTEL ENAMEL BOBIN WIRE SAN. VE TİC. A.S. Turkey in the electrical and electronics industry is one of the leading companies. Our company was established in Yenibosna in 1986 and has been producing enameled coil wire in diameters between 0.050-4.500 mm, which is used in every field related to electrical and electronics with its continuously increasing capacity in an area of 5000 m2 in Kocaeli, Gebze district since 1990.
Polyurethane, polyesterimide, polyamide and polyamide type enameled coil wires used in the production of lighting, electronic goods, white goods and electrical devices are offered to the service of many institutions and organizations in Turkey and abroad. Adopting superior product quality and service as a principle, SANTEL EMAYE makes new investments in order to increase its international market share, which is currently around 20% of its total production.
In our company where customer satisfaction is always kept first, our production continues with expert technical staff at the quality level that can respond to customer requests and needs.
Our company, which adopts the principle of producing quality enameled coil wire, has included the quality control process in its production process. Quality control tests are meticulously applied throughout the entire process in the modern laboratories of the enterprise. Our products are produced and controlled according to TS and IEC standards in terms of quality. It also manufactures in accordance with DIN standards in case of demand.
In addition to the importance it attaches to people and education, SANTEL ENAMEL stands out in the sector with its investments in quality and the Quality Management System it implements. Studies on quality were certified with the TS EN ISO 9002 Quality Assurance System Certificate in 1999 and this certificate was renewed in 2003 as the TS EN ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System Certificate. In addition, SANTEL has TS Manufacturing Competence Certificate and TS Conformity Certificates.
