Family of Senocak began business life in 1953 in Ordu a city in Black Sea region.Ismet Senocak and Cem Senocak continue as partners now. Our integrated facility began production in 2006 and added roasted hazelnut,blanched hazelnut,chopped hazelnut,hazelnut meal,hazelnut paste to the product line. Our factory has been in the second 500 big factories since 1997 in Turkey and has been producing with quality certificate of TS EN ISO 9001:2000 and 22000 at world standart. The capacity of our cracking unit is 15000 tonnes/year . The capacity of our process unit is 5000 tonnes/year. We use highest technology for laboratory and we study at production phase.We created completely hygienic and antibacterial ambience.We make production at international standarts and food assurance.Raw material , production at every phase , process and hygienic ambiance are controlled by Quality Assurance Programme. Physical, chemical,microbiological,toxical analysis of raw and processed hazelnut are made fastidiously at our laboratory. Our target is to increase the quality of our laboratory to the accredited international degree.
