About
Our company was established in 2010 in the Ostim industrial site in an area of 1000 m2 in Ankara. We are mainly engaged in machining and steel construction. We also manufacture gear for the offshore industry. Our company carries out the casting organization of steel and nodular cast iron parts used in main sectors such as the construction industry, defense industry, mining industry, offshore sector, and the welding construction of the welding construction chassis and crane drums used in these sectors with its certified and experienced employees. Thanks to its existing machine park, it can make the machining of these parts largely within its own structure, and can organize the parts out of its capacity with sub-suppliers it has been working with for years.
Our company has an important place in the domestic market in the subjects we mentioned, and exports directly to Belgium, Holland and Germany market. There are two Metallurgy and Material Engineers, one Mechanical Technician and 42 employees in our company. We have a wide customer portfolio by working at maximum capacity in double shifts 6 days a week.
At the beginning of 2016, we opened our branch in Sincan Organized Industrial Zone on an area of 1500 m2. Here we plan to process large tonnage and bulky parts. We have a processing capacity of up to 50 tons in our new branch. We aim to increase our annual turnover by 15% thanks to our newly made CNC Borverg investments. Although we currently have the ISO 9001 quality management system certificate; We will start working with BUREAU VERITAS company in the new period. By the end of April 2016, the ISO 9001 Quality Management System will be established and activated by BUREAU VERITAS. The reason for this change is; It is our belief that Bureau Veritas company will carry our company very high with its high reliability especially in European countries and its strict attitude in 3rd party control services.
Our main goal is to manufacture and deliver the needs of our customers in the areas we are dealing with in maximum quality, at minimum costs and in the shortest time. We aim to improve ourselves for high customer satisfaction and to grow with firm steps in the sector by regularly increasing our turnover.
