history
It was established in 2013 to develop unique national systems in the defense industry and aviation fields and to provide services in the maintenance / repair and maintenance of existing platforms and subsystems. Our company, which opened its R&D office in Gazi University Technopark region in 2016, still carries out its R&D activities in this office and continues its production activities in its workshop located in İvedik OSB.

Our Mission
In order to minimize the dependence of the Turkish Armed Forces abroad, the platforms and subsystems in the TAF inventory, as well as the maintenance and maintenance activities, as well as the development of original systems, national engineering studies, design, production, test / verification in the fields of mechanics, electronics, electromechanics and electrochemistry. performs user and maintenance trainings and integrated logistics support activities.
Capabilities
In addition to performing 3D mechanical design based on national engineering studies, design optimization activities using finite elements and computational fluid dynamics methods, it provides services in mechanical design with all kinds of mechanical manufacturing and assembly capabilities.
It also carries out national engineering and production activities in electronic design and production.
In addition to system design in hydraulic and pneumatic applications, it carries out production and commissioning activities.
It designs construction activities such as mobile or fixed command control shelter and mobile or fixed flight and antenna tower for use in aviation and defense industry applications with national engineering and carries out production and installation activities in accordance with international aviation and military norms.
In addition, it also carries out national engineering and production activities in the fields of underwater pressure resistant cable and connector design and production.
In addition, it provides service with its own test infrastructure for performing the functional and environmental conditions tests of all the systems it produces. The main test facilities are resistance to pressure up to 100 (1000 meters water depth) bar, static and dynamic test under pressure, high temperature / low temperature operability tests, salt test, moisture test, rotation tests for slip ring systems, etc.

Electronic card design and production activities are carried out with the aim of maintaining the platform and subsystems in the TSK inventory. Until today, electronic cards of many different systems have been designed and produced with national engineering. The main ones of these systems are; Vega Fire Control Systems, PAP devices, electronic control and power distribution units, Sonar system processors and power distribution cards, Navigation systems electronic units, etc., included in the inventory of Dz.KK.
Non-Magnetic battery technologies
In order to minimize the TSK\'s dependence on abroad, non-magnetic batteries that meet the energy needs of the subsystems used in mine warfare are designed and manufactured with national capabilities. The main battery groups we produce are PAP Device Battery, PAP MK5 harp cutter fuze battery and so on. are battery systems.
Military standard shelter design and production
In order to increase the mobile mobility of the TSK, special military shelter systems are designed and produced on demand. These systems can be produced in ISO or ACE sizes optionally. In addition, the vehicle integration, electrical and electronic integration and other sub-components of these shelters can be made by us.
Design and production of underwater cables and connectors
Specially designed cable and connector groups in underwater and above water systems are designed and produced with national facilities. Especially many cable and connector groups for underwater systems have been designed and produced by us and have taken their place in the TAF inventory. The main product groups we produce are products belonging to pressure resistant sonar and other underwater systems. Ex. ANSQS Sonar Cable, VDS 2093 Sonar System cable and connector groups, PAP device cable groups etc.
Slipring (Rotary Joint) design and production
Underwater Sonar Systems and Radar etc. sliprings (Rotary Joints), which are the main components of the systems, are designed and manufactured by us. The product groups that we have designed and manufactured so far are as follows; Slip Ring for VDS 2093 Sonar System, Periscope Slip Ring System, Radar Slip Ring System etc.
Mobile radar / antenna tower design and production
When it is desired to increase the operational capability in the field or to install a radar / antenna system temporarily and quickly, mobile tower systems can be easily installed by 1 (one) personnel in all kinds of terrain conditions and in a short time such as 30 (thirty) minutes. Our company can design and manufacture mobile tower systems on demand. It also performs the integration activities of sub-components such as generator, electrical system, antenna interfaces, cable winding devices of these products.
Mechanical, electromechanical spare parts design and production
In order to minimize the dependence of the TAF on abroad, we design spare parts and consumables previously supplied from abroad, taking into account military standards, and produce them using national production infrastructure. To date, we have produced more than 250 kinds of materials supplied from abroad with national facilities and added them to the TAF inventory.
Electronic card repair and system maintenance
The maintenance and repair of electronic systems, especially Sonar, Radar, Fire Control, Communication and Avionic systems used in the defense industry, and the electronic cards and devices that make up these systems are carried out by expert technical personnel in accordance with IPC-7711/7721 standards.
