It was founded in 1998 by Sedat and Özgür Akkoyunlu, both Geological Engineers, to operate in hot and cold water drilling, Geological, Hydrogeological-Geotechnical-Geophysical Studies.

Geological and Geophysical studies are carried out in advance in order to determine the location and depth of the wells within the scope of Hydrogeological Studies and individual water well drilling requests.
