According to Article 4 of the Technology Development Zones law, it was published in the Official Gazette on 20 March 2008 in line with the decision of the Council of Ministers on 25/02/2008. Regional management company Tokat Teknopark A.Ş. It was established on 21.01.2010. The foundation of the Technopark Administrative Building and Incubation Center was laid on 05/06/2012 and was made with the support of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, and the project has been accepted since the beginning of 2014. Company partners are Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, Tokat Special Provincial Administration, Tokat Municipality, Tokat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tokat Commodity Exchange and Tokat Small Industrial Site Building Cooperative.
With the protocol signed with Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, the Technology Transfer Office of our University continues to serve in Tokat TGB with all its modules in cooperation with our Technopark since the beginning of 2015. In this context, our pre-incubation center serves new entrepreneur candidates.
Tokat TGB Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University is an area of approximately 16.5 decares located in Taşlıçiftlik campus. Within this area, Tokat Technopark Administrative Building and Incubation Center has been built on an area of 3591 m2. There are 37 offices and 917 m2 leasable R&D area in 3117 m2 closed area. In addition, meeting rooms, training hall, Terrace cafeteria and foyer area, floor kitchens and balconies and social and business support areas serve our companies in common use. As new entrepreneurs, our entrepreneurs who have established startup companies and have public-funded projects can carry out R&D activities in the incubator center. In this context, 7 offices are separated as incubation centers. In addition, with the pre-incubation service, an area was reserved for new business ideas as an open office. Training, mentoring and prototype workshop services have started to be provided to these entrepreneurs in order to realize their business ideas.
