USO Otomotiv AŞ, headquartered in Istanbul, has been an important manufacturer of exhaust systems in the automotive and machinery industry since 1972, with the USO brand. By showing a rapid development even in the stages immediately after its establishment, Tofaş became an important supplier of OEM manufacturers such as Fiat, Oyak Renault, Ford Otosan and increased its production capacity to the level that will serve 66% of the country\'s OEM production. At the same time, it has expanded its service to the ASM after-sales market of various brands through its wide dealership network.
In the following development period, in 1995, USO Automotive moved its production center to an 8\'000 m2 closed area in Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone. In its new place, it has made its investments in production and service areas in a way to increase its quality and standards and by considering product and market diversification. This resulted in a product range covering trucks, tractors and construction machinery and components for agriculture, energy, construction, railway, maritime and defense industries, as well as automotive, and an international customer portfolio that accounts for half of its total sales.
USO Otomotiv has been awarded many times as an A class supplier by various audit organizations for its quality, occupational safety, loyalty to its business and customers.
Nowadays, with ISO 9001 and ISO / TS 16949 certifications and export to almost all European countries and the United States, USO Exhaust, 35 - 127 mm. with a diameter of 1.5 - 2 mm. DKP has an important market position in the production of ALM coated pipes and in carbon or stainless steel pipe processing.
Thanks to its integrated production infrastructure, USO Exhaust provides the design and production of all parts such as muffler, front / rear pipe connections, heat shield, clamp, holder, flexible pipe, bending, numerically controlled end shaping, guillotine shear cutting, hydraulic and eccentric presses. , MIG / TIG welding, CNC milling, plasma cutting, punching, wet painting and drying equipment.
Solidworks CAD / CAM is used in the design of molds and fixtures, and Solidflow simulation is used in product analysis and control. 3-dimensional analysis in quality and control 0.001 mm. It is made with Wenzel measurement and Johnson gauges in the deviation tolerance limit.
