OUR ORGANIZATION
Three young entrepreneurs who are passionate about the country realized the first halva production in a 10 square meter area in August 1958. The founders of the company, aiming to manufacture in Istanbul or the surrounding provinces as the place of establishment, did not give up their loyalty to their hometown Rize and established their businesses within the borders of Rize province in order to have a share in the development of these regions.
Our First Big Factory
In 1971, in line with the increasing demand, they increased their production capacity and incorporated the tahini production they procured from abroad.
1998
10.000 M² Area ...
In 1998, on the 10.000 square meter area they built on the Rize Güneysu road, they have added Jam, Turkish Delight and Confectionery products as well as halva production.
The Best of Turkey
Young businessmen, who have never lost their loyalty to each other, have played a leading role in the increase of halva culture, especially in the Black Sea region, for more than half a century. Over the following years, they have continued to be famous all over Anatolia and have been a model in quality halva production and consumption until today. Continuing its production as the second generation, Üçel Halva family keeps up with the changing and developing technology and continuously improves and improves its production method without compromising its quality. It has crowned this ideology with the quality certificates it has added to its body.
