VIG Machine Paint Systems
VIG Makina was established in 1991. VIG Makina continues to serve the sector with its innovative and technological applications in its machinery manufacturing facilities in Gebze. All VIG Paint systems are specially designed for the customer in order to meet the paint and surface treatment requirements of the product and to provide economically viable solutions while maintaining high quality.
The highest priority of paint systems is to filter the paint particles that occur during the painting process and to provide the most suitable environment and conditions for the painting process. At the same time, environmental pollution is prevented by filtering during the application. Regardless of the external environment conditions, VIG Paint systems ensure the quality of the application by providing the desired temperature, air flow and cleanliness. The filtering of paint particles is carried out in two different methods, as wet and dry systems.
VIG Makina Aluminum Systems
VIG Makina\'s product portfolio; to design, manufacture and install its machines that focus on aluminum processing. With more than 30 years of experience, VIG Makina offers complete turnkey plant services for aluminum sheet production as well as twin-roll continuous casting line (for aluminum and magnesium), melting furnaces, holding furnaces, annealing furnaces and rolling mills. In addition, equipment modernization is also carried out for aluminum processing machines.
VIG Makina has its own project design office. The design is carried out with a 3D CAD program. The solutions of critical designs are approached with static and dynamic finite element analysis programs. The machine production facility is located in Gebze / Kocaeli, which is only 50 km away from Istanbul.
VIG Makina technology and machines are exported to Asia, Europe and Africa. In addition, Engineering Design, Project Consultancy and Technological Training services are also provided.
