About
VANASAN Vana Fittings ve Taty Sanayii ve Ticaret AS has been manufacturing and trading valves and fittings since 1979. Our company has become one of the leading industrial valve manufacturer with over 1200 different types of production in Turkey, our brand is well-known in Europe and the Middle East. Our valves are mainly used in refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, iron and steel plants and tire factories. Last 15 years, 25% of cast steel valves used in Turkey, while 80% of production and sales of forged steel valves are made by Vanasan.
Vanasan has developed itself for years using the latest technologies and continues to develop in Izmit facilities, 74 km outside of Istanbul, with its professional staff.
Our main product range is cast steel (including stainless steel), forged steel and bronze gate, globe, check, globe, plug and diaphragm valves and fittings in API / ASA / ANSI / DIN standards. The sizes of our valves vary between ¼ inch and 48 inches. At the same time, some types of DIN standard valves are also produced, albeit in limited numbers.
As a leading valve manufacturer in Turkey, we give our full attention to our quality standards. All of our products are produced in accordance with ASA, DIN, CE, API and TSE standards within the framework of ISO 9001: 2008 and API Q1 Quality Management Systems. Our valves have API 6D, API 600, CE, TSE certificates, and our quality management system has ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System certificate. All our products are shipped with inspection and testing, approved and certified with a 2-year warranty.
Our welding operators are certified according to the EN 287-1 standard, and they also have the EN 287-1 certificate in the field of pipe welding. Our test operators are certified as Level-1 and Level-2 according to SNT TC 1A in the field of non-destructive testing.
Vanasan manufactures and sells manual, gearboxed or electric actuator operated valves. Our actuator valves are equipped with world famous leading actuator brands Auma and Rotork actuators. Upon the request of our customers, we also supply pipes and fittings from well-established pipe producers in Turkey and abroad.
We have an experienced maintenance team that can provide on-site service as in our facility or in power plants and refineries. This team is a long time to repair all kinds of valves 15 years in Turkey, serves with the latest technology equipment for regeneration and protection.
