About
As a Sino-Japan joint venture under Matsukawa Corporation, Xiamen Yamata Foods Co., Ltd. is specialized in Coated Nuts with traditional Japanese style. The development of Coated Nuts by Matsukawa was since 1912 when the Yamada families started the first family-workshop in Tokyo, Japan. Till now, they have served consumers and customers for 100 years by providing premium quality snacks. In 1988, Matsukawa has built a new factory in Jimei district in Xiamen, China. Xiamen Yamata Foods Co., Ltd. was established. For nearly 20 years, this factory produced Coated Nuts only for Matsukawa Corporation for Japanese market. The situation changed when two Chinese partners joined the company in 2006. Yamata Foods opened its window for export to South-Eastern Asia and Europe, following with America, Middle-East, Oceania and Africa. Two years later, Yamata also began business at Chinese domestic market. This was quickly followed by even greater successes: with the Yamata brand, the company earned a name for itself through its excellent quality. By 2010, facilities had become inadequate for the rapidly growing enterprise. Yamata Foods decids to build a new factory near downtown Xiangan for further modernization of processes and growth. The new facility starts working in 2013, it has 40,000 square meters and provides 10,000 tons capacity per year. Nowadays, Yamata Foods not only continues to focus on Coated Nuts products, but also tries to add new product range to broaden its horizons. To innovate successfully and keep existing product groups up-to-date, Yamata Foods takes its cues from the changing needs of consumers. Xiamen Yamata Foods Co., Ltd. continuously striving to set firm foundation for both domestic and international sales, in order to welcome more sincere partnerships with more new customers. ||Less|||||| |
