Yalteks was established in 1988 to produce Polymer Bitumen Waterproofing Membranes and became the name of quality in its sector by making significant progress in a short time.
Between 2000-2001, we moved the production lines to Gebze Pelitli Facilities, built on an area of 23,000 m², with 18 million m² in Polymer Bitum Waterproofing Membranes, 5 million m² in Kiremitaltı membranes, and 2.5 million m² in Asphalt Shingle Roofing Plates. production capacities.
In 2005, with a new investment of 4.500.000 €, it started the production of YALTEKSBOARD XPS Thermal Insulation Board with an annual capacity of 120.000 m³, and entered the Thermal Insulation sector.
YALTEKS, always known for breaking new grounds in its sector, has achieved another first by taking the developments in the insulation sector into consideration, and with its new investment in June 2008, it started the production line of polyester felt used as a carrier material in polymer bituminous waterproofing membranes.
In 2009, it successfully commissioned the Spunbond Nonwoven Polyester Felt production line with the most modern and state-of-the-art technology with a capacity of 50,000,000 m2.
In our facility, which will use 100% recycled PET in the process, 8000 tons of PET bottles per year under normal conditions are used after being recycled by the group company PETFOR. Thus, YALTEKS has adapted and contributed to the principles of ECOLOGICAL and ENVIRONMENT, which are on the world\'s agenda, as well as quality principles.
YALTEKS, which has been working to continuously improve its product and service quality since its establishment, started its journey in quality in 1994 under the name of \"Management with Total Quality Approach\" with the principles it developed. Documenting the system it established, YALTEKS has achieved another first in its sector by obtaining the ISO 9002 Quality Assurance System Certificate with the audit performed on 28-29 October 1997.
YALTEKS, which is regularly subjected to quality system follow-up audits every year by TÜV SÜDWEST TGK company headquartered in Germany, successfully passes all inspections.
Our laboratory, equipped with great investments and state-of-the-art test equipment, was audited on July 7, 1999 and was awarded a Laboratory Proficiency Certificate.
