Abdullah Cabbaroğlu, the founder of Yazıt Matbaacılık Sanayi, started his career in journalism. The first printing business experience was in Cihan Printing House, which they established as two partners in Istanbul in 1966 and took over all the shares a year later. The printing house is liquidated due to the increasing paper prices after the devaluation. Cabbaroğlu establishes a second company in 1979 under the name Yazıt Matbaacılık Makine Sanayi to operate in the field of printing machinery and materials.
