Our company was established in 1994 in Gebze / KOCAELİ. Our company is established on an area of 3000 square meters and operates on transformer insulation material.
We are one of the leading companies that produce insulation materials with a wide range of quality and products. We offer our products to our customers with our experienced staff and appropriate technology.

Our company, which makes all kinds of \"Transformer Insulation Components production\" applications, determines the environmental dimensions and effects that occur while carrying out its activities;

Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy
While our company carries out all kinds of Transformer Insulation Components Production activities at the highest quality level, it considers the protection of occupational health and safety of its employees without exception and the continuous improvement of the working environment among its main objectives. In this context, we undertake to provide and maintain the following matters.
To ensure that occupational health and safety risks are eliminated or minimized by taking precautions beforehand.
To comply with the current legislation and administrative regulations regarding OHS.
To provide training to all employees in order to make them aware of their individual OHS responsibilities.
To review the OHS Policy periodically in order to maintain compliance with the conditions and to ensure continuous improvement in OHS related issues.
Mutually sharing OHS experiences with public, private sector organizations and non-governmental organizations.

We are proud to be the most effective and morally correct company in our industry.
Our goal is to generate income like most companies. However, as we move towards this goal, we need to maintain awareness of the social and environmental impacts of our work, and we have developed our own regulations to best adhere to it.
The principles adopted by Yıldız Insulation with this policy are based on internationally accepted standards.
1.Working Passes Being Volunteering
Nobody can be forced to work. We do not require a deposit from our employees and they are free to quit after reporting the necessary notice.
2. Working Conditions are Safe and Clean
A safe and clean workplace has been provided to our employees, and necessary precautions have been taken to prevent work-related accidents and injuries.
Our employees can participate in health and safety trainings that are held regularly.
With clean toilets and potable water facilities, healthy facilities are provided to put food when necessary.
3. Child Labor is Not Employed
Those under the age of 18 cannot be employed.
4. Salaries are at a Level to Support a Living
We directly deposit the salaries to our employees\' bank accounts.
Salaries and bonuses are paid in accordance with the legal standards applicable in the country.
Payments are made for discretionary expenses (food, travel, premium, etc.).
Working rules and conditions are given to our employees in writing.
As a disciplinary measure, deductions cannot be made from the salary.
5. Normal Working Hours Apply
Working hours comply with country laws and industry standards.
Mandatory overtime is not applied.
Employees have one day off per week.

Management treats employees with similar skills equally.
No discrimination is made on wages, education, promotion, termination or retirement when recruiting due to race, social class, nationality, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation or political views.

8.Hard and Degrading Behaviors Are Not Allowed
