After the necessary planning, technical drawings drawn on computers with qualified employees are loaded on high-tech machines and equipment and actual production begins. 3D design and advanced technology are used at every stage of production. Quality is not compromised in any of the production stages.
The technological infrastructure and capacity of our company has improved considerably. For this reason, we manufacture all the parts in the production process within our own structure and we do not use contract parts in any of our products.
The barrels are produced by drilling from 4140 steel, which has been tested for cracks. Barrel joints and bonding of the strips are made by silver welding in a tunnel furnace with high temperature sensitivity. The inner dimensions and linearity of the barrel are checked one by one, which is why our rifles are very successful in target hit tests (grouping). It also has international awards in this field. The main bodies (domes) are made of alloyed aluminum or 4140 steel. Stocks and hand swaddles are produced from baked Turkish walnuts numbered 2, 3, 4 and 5.
After the parts are produced on modern machines, the assembly is carried out by the experienced masters of Yıldız Silah, without using files in the assembly line, as required by the standard production approach.
Each rifle assembled is subjected to durability and function tests during the quality control phase. 1550 bar high pressure test cartridges are used in fire controls. Each rifle is packaged after quality controls to cover all TSE and CIP norms.
Yıldız Arms shows special attention to every customer. It has added boutique products to its product range especially recently. In its special packaging, it manufactures private collection rifles with dark-grained color stock and hand engraving.
