YILSAM Döküm is a world-class ISO certified foundry that produces raw parts made of ductile iron, gray and tempered cast iron for the needs of automotive, white goods, hydraulic, railway, construction, transformer, agriculture, machinery and other sectors.
Founded in 2009, YILSAM Döküm is not only a supplier but also has the ability and approach to work as a product development partner, as well as being a high-tech foundry.
YILSAM Döküm, which has the latest molding technology, produces high quality ductile iron, gray, compact graphite (vermicular), high silica and SiMo alloy cast parts ranging from 0.150 kg to 2500 kg.
Quality, capacity and delivery performance, employee satisfaction and environmental awareness are the main targets of YILSAM Döküm and they are the catalysts of investment and development studies in the foundry.
The factory is established on an area of 8000 m2, of which 2500 m2 is closed area.
Currently, the foundry exports 45% of its total production to France and Italy, primarily Germany.
Production of quality product parts starts with meeting international standards and YILSAM Döküm employees are focused on achieving this. Yılsam Döküm has ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system certificate.
