Development of our company
ZinSan Zincir was founded in 1985 by the late Abdullah ÖZER as a chain factory. Chains were developed at that time for agricultural purposes, especially for cattle (fattening chains; cow chain, calf chain, ox double chain, bull chain, goat chain, dog chain and tractor lift / tow chains).
Over time, various products made of metal and a variety of special goods were added: Various chain rings, O-Ring, D-Ring, Swivel, lock, triangle, hook, snap hook, etc. - These products are the highest quality products that have quickly taken their place in the Turkish market.
Today, chain production is made with electronic bending and welding machines and a comprehensive product delivery program has been developed. The international ISO 9001: 2008 quality management norm, which was studied in 2005, has been firmly established within the company as a production basis. In this way, our products comply with international quality norms.
As of 2010, by starting chain production in world standards; We produce chains in accordance with DIN 766 chain (Tested calibrated Chain), DIN 5685 chain and DIN 5686 chain (Knotted Chain) standards. The world-class chains we produce are realized with the high-level chain production machines we have imported from Europe. These include automatic chain bending machines, automatic chain welding machines, automatic chain calibration and automatic chain test machines. Among the main products we produce: American Chain (American Type Curved Hook Chain), Manure Scraper Chain, Swing Chain and Industrial Chains. Our Grade 70, Grade 80, Grade100 heat treated chains have been successfully in both domestic and foreign markets for years. DIN 818-1 and DIN 818-2 have been added to our product range successfully and using the latest technology. We produce 100% domestic production by producing all these chain and accessory varieties within our own structure.
