He was my spiritual father. I worked here until 1973. I went to the military in 1975. After the military service, I opened the Konak Breakfast Hall. Milkmen used to sell cheese, tzatziki, yoghurt and milk. There was no glass. There were aluminum bowls. They chopped bread into milk in an aluminum bowl. It was nothing but butter and cheese. I left Van for military service in 1975. I met sausage on this date. In Izmir. I saw sausage, jam and green olives. I insisted on a cafe there and worked for 3-4 days. I saw eggs with sausage, cheddar cheese, green olives, porcelain plate, fried egg in butter. I returned to Van and applied the same in my own place.
