ENDA Tarım ve Ürünleri Üretim Pazarlama Sanayi ve Tic. Was established in 2011 in Marmaraereğlisi district of Tekirdağ province. LTD. ŞTİ. In 2011-2012 and 2014, it started fruit growing by planting approximately 11,000 full dwarf Granny Smith apple saplings on its own land.
Since the first day of its establishment, the idea of adding an added value to fruit production started in 2017 by obtaining the necessary production permits from the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture, and producing fruit-derived products / by-products such as vinegar, grape molasses, jam and marmalade varieties first and later in the following stages.
In 2017, it registered the Perinthos brand and offered its products to the markets with this brand.
Mission vision
While establishing our gardens, our aim was of course a commercial activity. However, we never thought of making non-standard and unhealthy production just for the sake of making money, as we often encounter today.
While manufacturing, we never deviated from technology and engineering knowledge, but we always listened to our common sense.
Our next goal is to continue our production in the gardens with the same sincerity and to obtain different certification certificates by providing the necessary conditions for the products we manufacture. In order to achieve this goal, we have been performing our production techniques in accordance with the standards and procedures since the first day.
Our difference
Our PERINTHOS branded vinegars are produced in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex ENDA Tarım ve Ürünleri Üretim Pazarlama Sanayi ve Tic. With business registration number TR-59-K-012571. LTD. ŞTİ. by the natural fermentation method from 100% fruit from the fruits grown in our own gardens and neighboring gardens in Marmaraereğlisi, Tekirdağ.
No additives, colorants, filters, distillation, pasteurization or acetator processes are applied at any stage of our vinegar processing process. Our vinegars are 100% natural as a result of our production techniques and supporting every stage of the production stage with the analysis made, and their acidity values with the formation of aroma, vitamin, mineral, enzyme, trace elements are very high compared to their equivalents.
Our vinegar, which features in neat and drinkable (apple, grape, cherry) in Turkey is the first and only VEGAN Certificate vinegar.
Preservatives, additives, dyes and other chemicals are not used in the production of our molasses, jam, marmalade and sauce varieties.
All of our products are produced as ARTIZAN *. From the material to the production method, our products are prepared with ARTIZANLIK approach.
