Our company was established in 1997 with five partners and still continues its activities in the same structure.
Our company, which was established in order to meet the current needs of our region and to contribute to the economic structure and production, has adopted the principle of growing by increasing the capacity and production types.
Since the shortened shipping process and the need to wait in line are eliminated, low acid, high quality oils produced from freshly picked olives in a short time provide more economic and social contributions to our farmers.
Olive oils of our region are in high demand from natural oil consumers due to their high quality.
Our olive oil factory was awarded with the WHITE PEARL FLAG and CERTIFICATE on 08.11.2010 by AYDIN GOVERNORSHIP for the importance it attaches to food safety, hygiene and environmental regulations.
Production:
Our company processes the olives produced by the olive producers in our region and delivers them as natural oil.
For this purpose, 60 tons of olives per day are processed in our modern sequential machine.
Olive pulp (pomace) formed as a result of the oil extraction process is processed again
Dry powder, seed or pressed wood are brought back to economy as fuel.
Seed pomace is an environmentally friendly, high-calorie fuel and is used in self-fed heating systems.
Pressed wood pomace is used as fuel in stoves.
Our company also trades the oils produced by the producers at stock market value.
Olive oil productivity level of our region is at the level of 1 Liter Oil / 5-6 kg olive.
Most of the oils produced are below 1 acid level and are suitable for natural table consumption.
