Our adventure, in which we started milk production with 100 cattle on a 20 decare area in 2011, continued in 2013 with yoghurt and ayran production.
In this way we set off with the aim of offering unique tastes with quality, hygienic, healthy and traditional taste.
By constantly developing and continuing to grow steadily, in 2018, we contribute to the national economy and development with our modern and technological new facility with an open area of 10,000 m2 and a closed area of 6,000 m2 and our farm that reaches 500 cattle.
We follow the latest technological developments in the world, improve our production capacity and our technologically equipped modern facility day by day, we produce in accordance with national and international quality standards.
With our flavor experts, we transform tons of milk from ayran, yogurt, cheese, and butter every day to produce the best. We continue to expand our product range with our constantly working R&D team.

We are the first local business of the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia region certified with Brc Food Safety Standard, recognized by food suppliers worldwide.
We constantly inspect and monitor every stage of production in order to deliver hygienic, healthy and quality products to consumers.
As Korkmaz Süt, we keep the quality at the highest level by inspecting other farms where we buy milk, apart from the control of our own farm.
Raw milk cooled by milking in automatic machines is collected after analysis and quality control in compliance with the specified criteria and transported to our factory with insulated vehicles.
After the first analyzes, our raw milk coming to our production facility is examined by our engineers in our laboratories and subjected to detailed analyzes. The raw milk that passes the conformity control is subjected to various filtrations and then cooled again and taken to the tanks.

According to the production plan, the milk taken to the automation department first is pasteurized with fully automated devices, preserving its naturalness and nutritious properties, and shipped to the departments with closed lines suitable for food.
We are transferred to the yoghurt production section for the production of yoghurt with the taste of mother\'s yoghurt, to the cheddar and white cheese production section for you to enjoy a breakfast with our cheese varieties, to the ayran section for the production of ayran that will cool you as you drink, and our product range is produced here.
After packaging, our products are taken to the cold storage and approved for shipment by our quality department after final checks.
